HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We accept returns for all new, unused merchandise ordered on this website and provide free return shipping on all orders.
To return your order, follow these steps:
Click the ‘search by order number’ button below and enter your purchase order number, last name and email address (as printed on the packing slip inside your box). Click the "order lookup" button.
Click on the item(s) from the order you would like to return and follow the prompts to generate your prepaid return shipping label.
Pack your merchandise in the original packaging, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at a service center. Be sure to ask for a shipping receipt for proof of drop off, should your package get lost in transit.
Defective/Damaged Boot Return
If you are returning a product that has been used, it will be evaluated once received. If deemed defective, we will issue a store credit or refund, depending on the original place of purchase. Click here for more information on warranty returns.
International Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions on how to initiate your international return. International returns differ from domestic returns, so please review the following international returns information:
Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition.
You must contact us to initiate a return. Once you contact us, we will provide you with the estimated refund amount and a return shipping label.
International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. The return cost will be deducted from total refund amount. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors.
Duties and taxes will only be refunded if they were paid at checkout on our website. If you selected to pay duties and taxes at delivery, you will not be credited for original duties and taxes.
We do not offer exchanges, so please return the item(s) you do not want to keep and place a new order for your desired replacement(s).
REFUND
Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing your return and for receiving a credit from your financial institution.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER INSTEAD OF RETURN IT?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. In an effort to expedite return processing for our customers, and enhance the user experience, we only allow returns for refund at this time.
